MARDI GRAS Southern Supper with Hot Sauce

Front Porch proudly presents, Southern Supper, Buffet & Traditional, New Orleans, Dixieland Jazz, with HOT SAUCE, as our musical guests, Sunday, February 4th. This is an authentic, Southern style, ‘all you can eat’ buffet, alongside live jazz music. This will be presented authentically, as an ‘off the floor’ style, without amplification.

HOT SAUCE is a London, Ontario based band, specializing in authentic performances of the 1920’s style, Dixieland Jazz. When you’re at a HOT SAUCE show, you can always expect toe-tapping, tunes, and heaps of musical merriment.

Doors open at 1:00. The buffet and music will will get started at 2:00 - 5:00.

This is not a ticketed event. HOWEVER, RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED.

Seating is available in the music room, and also, on the restaurant side, for those folks who’d prefer the live music, as background. Please note there is limited seating in the music room. Please be sure to reserve your table soon.

BUFFET MENU DETAILS:

corn & crab bisque; Blackened u.s. delta farm raised catfish fillets; Chicken & sausage jambalaya; sweet potato casserole; coleslaw with remoulade dressing; buttermilk cornbread muffins; mardi gras king cake; and, cafe du monde coffee & chicory.
